
Another day that requires a mental push when I’m physically not at a 100% due to monthly PMS. But it is advisable to be active during these times, so I did.
Managed to do a 30-minute indoor walk workout during my lunch break. Made up the lacking distance for today’s goal with a long, leisurely walk after work down the waterfront.
Gave in to my sugar cravings (which I regretted an hour later) at the nearby Tim’s. I corrected that with an extra 20-min indoor walking exercise when I got home.
Still, it was nice to walk outdoors: with an iced cappuccino in hand, a warm evening breeze, and the sun setting. The world feels right again.






Ended the day with a 15-min yoga stretch focused on legs and hamstrings for recovery.
Overall, it is a great start to my Conqueror: King of Wakanda challenge! Unlocked 1 postcard and 1 collectible card with today’s distance.
