Day 23: 10,000 Steps Challenge

Racked up twice my usual steps today. Ran 5 km at Parkrun this morning, with warm-up and post-run walks. It was a good day to be running outdoors. 🏃🏻‍♀️💨

Explored the Farmer’s Market down by the museum. Lots of quality crafts and handmade products to see. I browsed and soaked up the hum of energy around me.

Spent a few hours at the beach playing with the kids late afternoon.

Unlocked 2 Collectible Cards in my Conqueror: Super Soldier challenge with today’s distance, so that’s a win!
