
Motivated to sustain my daily goal of 10k steps, especially with the added incentive of completing the Conqueror Avenger Challenges.
I’ve been averaging 12-14k steps over the last 2-3 weeks, but will stay on the 10k goal for the rest of the month so I don’t strain myself with the quick change.
Today’s mileage was from a 5 km jog/run at Kate Pace Way, with a warm-up at Lee Park and a post-run walk by the waterfront. Distance gained goes towards my Conqueror: Super Soldier challenge which starts today.
Incorporated morning and evening yoga stretches for flexibility/mobility.
